Ingredients
- 3 Large hass avocadoes
- 1 Medium red onion, finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
- 3 Tablespoons of finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1 Roma tomato finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon of lemon/lime juice
- Salt and Pepper
Cut the avocadoes into half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh of the avocadoes into a mixing bowl. Mash the pulp with a fork. Add the ingredients to the avocado and mix well. Serve it with tortilla chips or tortillas.
